ACAI Consulting & Advisory International ("ACAI", acai.sg) handles personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Collection & Use: When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect your name, contact details, organization, and message details solely to evaluate engagements, respond to your requests, and manage client communications. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. Any further data collected in the course of an engagement shall be handled per the Storage & Security terms below. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to this collection and use of your data.
Newsletter & Mailing Lists: If you subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list, we collect and use your email address to send you the content you signed up for. Providing your email for this purpose is treated as consent to receive such communications. You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your email from our list at any time by contacting us at contact@acai.sg.
Disclosure & Transfers: We do not sell or trade your data. It is shared only with essential IT/cloud infrastructure providers who are contractually obligated to protect your data (including for any overseas transfers), or where required by law.
Storage & Security: We maintain reasonable technical and operational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill operational or legal requirements, then securely deleted.
